2. "Do I need to be home when you come to clean?” No, there are many options for you to choose so we may gain entry. Some clients greet us and let us in on cleaning day, telling us to lock up when finished. Some chose to have us keep a key to their home, others use a lock box or hide-a-key on their property, some provide the keypad code. 

3. “Do I need to supply anything?” No, we bring everything we need to clean your home. If you would prefer that we use a particular product, please leave it out for our team to use.  

4.“Why does the first cleaning cost more and take longer?” It may have been a while since your home had a deep cleaning. The initial cleaning will be a deep, detailed cleaning with a maintenance cleaning to follow.   

5. “I’d like something cleaned that is not on your list, can you accommodate my needs?” We offer additional services for an additional fee. Just let us know what your needs are, and we will develop a specific cleaning plan according to your needs.
